This fascinating property features one of the very few genuinely undisturbed private beaches available for sale on Koh Samui. Situated in the North-East corner at the end of Cheong Mon beach, five minutes from the airport and seven from the night life of Chaweng, it defines the easternmost point of the island. There are, in fact, two distinct north facing beaches, totalling over 120 metres, that adjoin a long rocky cliff sloping down to the sea from the headland, turning to face the east and continuing underwater to form the basis for a natural docking area where the water is 10 to 15 metres deep a few metres from the shore.

The land rises from the beach to 50 metres above sea level at the south west corner then it slopes down the western boundary to the wide summit of a dramatic escarpment above the smaller beach, affording an overall view of the entire property.
