Samui Property Investments focuses its activities on presenting carefully selected properties to the discerning investor.

Although primarily, Samui Property Investments acts as a real estate agency and brokerage company, the company will also offer consultancy services that include a full range of property turnkey services that a client will need, such as: recommendations and introductions to lawyers, architects, project managers, feasibility studies, building contractors, topographical land surveys and assistance with build permits.

Our range of properties are extensive, in that all price ranges will be covered, thus offering an easy reference tool to properties ranging from one bed condominiums to eight bedroomed villa mansions. Furthermore, through our companies connections with the Thai locals, we are confident of sourcing any land size and type available on the island. In November 2008, the company will open an office in Phuket, which will offer the same services as on Koh Samui.

Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith, the managing partner of S.P.I. Co., Ltd (Samui Property Investments) has been working in the real estate industry on Koh Samui for four years. During this time Matthew has built up an excellent reputation and understanding of all areas concerned with property investment on Koh Samui.

Prior to residing in Koh Samui, Matthew originally from the UK, spent five years as a sales manager for the world's foremost financial publisher, Euromoney Plc. Matthew's past work experience also includes working for Mizuno Sports Company Ltd, as a sales account manager, and four years as a promotional sales manager for the London Baltic Exchange.

Paul Smith

Paul Smith's career has been focused within Financial Services, initially with Royal & Sun Alliance based within an estate agents dealing with both purchasers and sellers and then working independently as a Mortgage Adviser. Paul has been working in the property market for the last 21 years.

Paul fell in love with Thailand about 3 years ago and has travelled all over the country but has spent most of his time in Phuket and anyone who has been there will know why.

Paul is keen to bring his experience to the company and help anyone to achieve their dream of owing a property in this part of paradise.

Colin Pitt

Colin Pitt has known Matt as a friend for over 20 year’s during which time they have combined skills on a number of projects. Having visited the island a number of times, and seen the current developments, the opportunity and the sunsets, Colin is well positioned to provide first hand knowledge and information about the island.

Colin's background is in IT based project management, working for companies like Deutsche Bank, Marks and Spencer, Vodafone and Glaxo Smith Klein. Just over two years ago, he set up an international bank specialising in financing second home and investment property purchases for UK and European residents. Colin has brought experience of the processes and best practise to Samui Property Investments, with the aim of streamlining and eliminating some of the stresses involved in foreign investment.
