Samui Property Investments know that whatever you may hear from island residents about how idyllic Koh Samui is as a holiday destination, second home OR main residence, nothing quite confirms the islands status as one of the TOP destinations in the world than by actually experiencing it for yourself.

Through experience gained working with major property lenders in the UK, and with the Thai sale process sometimes not being totally straight forward, we want you to arrive on the island without any stones unturned. It is our opinion that you get the maximum time on Koh Samui to explore the island for yourself, so we endeavour to answer all your questions before you arrive on the island.

With experience of the do’s and don’ts as far as travel plans are concerned, we will be happy to help you with your travel arrangements, whether you are on the island for just a day or two or are planning a holiday. Please review some of the services we can offer you:-

• Samui Property Investments have selected villas available to rent, in some cases we can let you stay in a villa on the complex you are interested in. Whatever your circumstance, we have access to the best accommodation on the island (please see rentals section for more details)
• Samui Property Investments have access to air conditioned vehicles for hire, and can also recommend drivers who will take you wherever you want to go on the island.
• We will arrange the viewings of the properties you have chosen, and will of course ensure any new developments that match your criteria are made available to you should you chose to take up our invitation.
• Samui Property Investments will set up meetings with lawyers, developers and any other party you need to see. We want you to leave Koh Samui informed and having met all parties involved in the sale.
• There are recommended routes and airlines to travel with, and specific schedules to maximise your time on the island.

With the expected scheduled flights DIRECT from Dubai due to start later this year, travel to the island will become much easier and the flight will be broken down in to the equivalent of two European flights rather than a long haul flight to the far east!!!
